Loved this service. Everything about it is super easy to use. I entered my contacts weeks before delivery. Instead of making dozens of phone calls after the birth of our son, we made one phone call to record a message with details of his birth and visitor information. All our contacts received the message at the same time. Everybody was impressed with the service, and they appreciated being included in our special day. After listening to our recording, our friends and family left well wishes on our BFPC system. Those messages were also emailed to me, so I could listen to them on my laptop. I would highly recommend this service to all expectant parents.

We used Baby's 1st Phone Call and we were totally appreciative of it. We prepared by putting in numbers weeks in advance. Then when our little man came super quickly and early it was great to be able to let everyone know so easily. We called and left a message shortly after his arrival and then at a reasonable time it sent out the message to family and friends. Everyone loved it and we would def. recommend it!

We love the concept of Baby's First Phone Call. Our friends and family are spread out across the country and the world. Baby's First Phone Call seemed like an easy and efficient way to let everyone know about the birth of our baby. Unfortunately, we ran into problems when we tried to use the service. We had loaded numbers into the system prior to the baby's birth. After she was born, my husband tried to call to leave the message announcing her birth. He kept getting error messages and finally got through after several frustrating attempts. Once the message was through, there were more problems. Some people got the message, some got part of the message, and others got a message stating "Service unavailable, please call back later." Once we found out that the message didn't work for everyone, we racked up fees on our phone bill sending out text messages that should have been avoided by using this service. We also ended up with friends upset that they weren't notified because they didn't receive the message. Like I said before, we think Baby's First Phone Call is a great idea, but it didn't work out for us as we had hoped.
